This is a translation of the Spanish version of Platica's support page. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
For help with your Platica account or platic, our connector for AI assistants, write to hola@platica.mx.
Connection and permissions
You need a Platica account and access to the workspace you want to use. Connect your account through the AI platform's authorization flow. Available workspaces and actions depend on your role and current permissions.
If you cannot see a workspace or feature, first check your access in Platica and the connection's permissions. If permissions have changed, reconnect when necessary.
See the MCP setup and usage instructions.
Errors or unexpected results
Before retrying a send, publish or modification action, check its status in Platica to avoid duplicates. If the result is unclear, ask for help.
Include the following in your support request:
- The platform used and the feature you were trying to run.
- The approximate date and time, with your time zone.
- The error message or request identifier, if available.
- A description of the steps and the expected result.
Do not send passwords, API keys, authentication codes, identity documents or unnecessary customer content. Hide personal data in screenshots or examples. If you identify a security or privacy issue, contact us directly by email; do not post its details in a public issue.
Revoking access and requesting deletion
You can remove the connection from the AI platform used and ask Platica to revoke access. Disconnecting the connector does not, by itself, delete existing data or cancel your subscription.
For requests concerning your data, ARCO rights or deletion, write to hola@platica.mx, following the Privacy notice. Do not submit proof of identity through the plugin or a conversation with an AI assistant.
